Next Event – Harvest Picnic – Yarra Valley| Food | Wine | Music | 26th February 2017
A summer celebration of sensational wine, food with over 50 vendors from the Yarra Valley. A great line up of musical talent which includes a Funk & Salsa Band, Latin American Band, R&B, house and reggae dj’s & disco stage with a Samba floorshow. The festival will be held on Sunday 26th Feb 2017 at the Yarra Valley Racecourse
Package includes:
- Bus Transport
- Entry pass to the racecourse
- Tasting glass
- Small private VIP marquee with limited tables and chairs
- Vip access into the members pavilion at the racecourse with private toilets, air-condition and bar facilities
- Glass of wine
- Several stages with funk and Latin bands, samba dancing and DJs playing rmb, house and reggae
- 10 tokens to be used for food and wine (view below for vendors)
- Host/guide on the bus
- A double pass to the Comics lounge for every person
- Free after party entry at Alumbra located at Central pier docklands

Large groups are able to organize an alternative pickup (40+)

- Minimum bookings require 4 people
- Confirm numbers and payment from guest as early as possible. Final payment and numbers are due 10 Feb 2016
- Small picnics of food and drink (non alcohol) can be brought into the racecourse. No food allowed on the coach.
- Buses will only stop and depart from the designated pick up/drop off locations
- Please arrive at the pick up locations, and back onto the coach 5min prior to departure
- If you would like your own coach the minimum is 40 people
- Details subject to change at any time
- Food and drink can be purchased direct from the racecourse
- We party Rain, Hail or Shine. Please bring a Rug, sun screen, hat, sun glasses, rain coat and additional water
- Drink in moderation, don’t drink and drive home
- We return back to the Melbourne CBD at 7.30pm
- Tickets will be handed out on the day
- After party drop offs are available
- Groups wishing to be all on the same bus must be located at ONLY ONE of the designated pickup locations as chosen by your organiser, unless other arrangements have been made at the time of booking

Grape Grazing is back in 2014 with a new format. A summer celebration of sensational wine, food and musical talent which includes a great concert line up at the wineries with 80’s 90’s and current tunes and other music for all ages. The festival will be held on the Saturday 15th Feb 2014 and Sunday 16th Feb 2014
Package includes:
- Luxury transport
- The Grape Grazing entry pass into the wineries
- Bottle of water
- Souvenir tasting glass
- Band and/or DJ entertainment at the wineries
- Purchase your own food & drinks from the winery
- Host/guide on the bus
