The organiser agrees to convey the agreed Dreamscape Tours conditions prior to the event, to all guests, subsidiary companies, other associated business groups and staff. Please be aware you must be 18yo and over to complete the booking form. Booking and Payments: 1 Tours require a 20% deposit, and full payment by the nominated date. (Cancellation's are non refundable but are transferable) 2. Minimum numbers on all Tours must be achieved on the day. (Dreamscape Tours will not permit any overloading of any vehicle above the specified number allowed) 3. Cheques and deposits must be cleared before the deposit is considered paid. 6. A bond may be required on some tours. 7 If you are going to organize a group, collect money from guest as early as possible, to guarantee you own personalized itinerary. On the Tour 1.Intoxicated people will not be let onto the bus, before during or after the event. (No Refunds) Those people will be required to catch a taxi home at their own expense. We take no liability for the actions taken of guest. 2. No smoking on the bus. 3. No alcoholic drinks are to be consumed on on the coach. 3. No glass is to be taken onto the bus. 4. The bus to be kept in a reasonably clean condition. 5. Any damage to the bus, or winery will require those patrons involved and the organizer to cover any costs incurred due to accidental, wilful, reckless or irresponsible behaviour. 6. Always stay seated while in the bus, keep head and limbs inside the bus at all times. 7. The bus will leave from each venue at a designated time. All who do not arrive on time run the risk of being left behind 8. Anybody fighting will not be allowed onto the bus or into any winery. 9. Dreamscape tours will not be responsible for any items lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen during the night. 10. Some wineries, destinations and times may change without notice upon the discretion of the Committee and/or Dreamscape Tours. 11. Follow the instruction of your host at all times. 12. Use pedestrian crossings when crossing the road. 13. Dreamscape Tours will not be responsible for any actions taken by staff who are not employed by Dreamscape Tours. 14. Prizes, promotions, gifts may change without notice or may not be available during a tour. All conditions on promotions apply when they are to be redeemed. 15. Some groups may be combined without notice depending on size, location or numbers within the group 16. Type and/or size of vehicle may change without notice depending on availability 17 No tickets are to be sold on the day. 18. No BYO food and drink is not to be brought into the wineries with exception of water. 19. Itineraries for smaller groups and individuals will be at our discretion. 20. For non-drinkers soft drinks will be available. 21. Buses will only be able stop at designated stops. 22. It is the responsibility of individuals to arrive at the pick up locations 10 minutes prior to departure. 23 Dreamscape Tours Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any claims arising out of sexual nature on any of its events. 24.Dreamscape Tours will not be responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise beyond our control. Dreamscape Tours or/and the Festival Committee may cancel, suspend or change the date of the festival. 25. Non exclusive buses will be mixed in with other groups or individuals at our discretion. At the Venues 1. Each guest must have a photo ID to verify age if necessary. 2. Smart dress is required on all tours. 3. All wineries reserve the right to refuse entry. |
