This is an outdoor event so prepare yourself and dress accordingly. In the event of bad weather we will provide large marquees for shelter. It is impossible to provide shelter to cover the entire vineyard but we will do our best. We party rain or shine!!

Rochford Winery :

Drinks- NV Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Moscato. The vineyard bars include red and white wine, sparkling wine, Red Bull and vodka, beer and selected cocktails from our vineyard cocktail bar.

Music-
The Cuban Jazz Festival is a combination of live Cuban bands, vineyard jazz, salsa dance, bongo's, percussion & D.J's spread over three entertainment arena's!

DJ Brad Sassman will be playing in the Red Bull Village with "Miss P" on vocals and offers commercial dance music.

Cuban Bands: Two live Cuban bands main stage, Carlito's Way & Songo Sorongo. In between sets we rotate with dance lessons for everyone to enjoy and in the last hour we bring all entertainers main stage and the party steps up with a combination of live percusssion, vocals and commercial house

Dance lessons: Eric & Chantell Turro Martinez" direct from Cuba will be dancing and teaching on the main stage, there will be live performances and the opportunity to learn different styles of dance. Dance Lessons & Performances Dance lessons and workshops will run all day in the vineyard sound shell on the wood floor.

Jazz Band: "The Chris Dal Trio" is a group of local musicians who have a reputation in The Yarra Valley for their regular performances at wineries and food and wine festivals.

Other Information: You can bring along blankets and small picnics & sealed bottle water. Umbrellas, tables, tents, soft drink and metal cutlery are prohibited. The event is licensed and therefore no B.Y.O alcohol.

Please Note:
1. If you are going to organize a group, confirm numbers and collect money from guest as early as possible. Final payment and numbers is required on Friday 14th Oct 2011
2. No Alcohol is to be brought into the wineries or coach apart from water.
3. Buses generally will only be able to stop and depart, for safety reasons from the designated pick up/drop off locations.
4. It is the responsibility of all individuals to arrive at the pick up locations, and back onto the coach 5 minutes prior to the departure.
5. Groups wishing to be all on the one bus are to be located at ONLY ONE of the designated pick up locations as choosen by your organiser. (Except for exclusive coaches)
6. Your tickets, passes and vouchers will be handed out on the day at your allocated pick up location.
7. Larger groups are able to organize an alternative pickup (25+ people)
8. We will party Rain, Hail or Shine. Please bring a Rug, sun screen, hat, sun glasses, rain coat and additional water!
9. Drink in moderation and please don't drink and drive home after the festival!
10. We will return back to the Melbourne CBD at approximately 7.00pm.
11. Exclusive coaches are available to groups of 45+ people.
